Reliability
Every scheduling tool "works" on the demo. The difference shows up on post #400, when a token rolled, an edge-case caption hit a platform limit, or Meta returned a 500. Here's how we make that day boring.
When a post fails to publish after the final retry, we email you, banner the dashboard, and log the failure reason in the post history. You find out immediately — not when the client asks why the post didn't go up.
Meta access tokens expire on a rolling basis. We monitor yours and warn you 7 days out so you can reconnect without a publishing gap.
Transient Meta API errors are retried three times with backoff before we give up. Permanent errors (e.g. revoked permissions) fail fast so you can fix the cause.
Every scheduled post has a visible lifecycle — drafted, queued, publishing, published, failed — with timestamps. No silent states, no guessing.
Honest platform list
Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Threads, Mastodon, Bluesky, Google My Business. TikTok and YouTube Shorts are on the roadmap but not shipped. If a platform is on the pricing page, we publish to it end-to-end in production — no "coming soon" listed as a current feature.
